We engaged in the electronic goods produce, including PCBA (SMT & DIP) and electronic product assembly, such as, Sweeping robot, U disk series products, storage cards, sever, camera, MID, card reader, car navigation, DV digital electronic products and small consumer electronics.We have 30 Printed Circuit Board (SMT) lines. Also, we have MES system to prevent the wrong components and record material process. The daily capacity is 120 million point, with the smallest component 01005, the pass rate is 99.8%. We support real-time video inspect factory.

1.Can PCBA be repaired if there are some quality problems? |
-If the quality problem of the sample is caused by our manufacturing process, we will be responsible to the end, bear the round-trip freight and help customers repair free of charge. In many cases, the poor performance of PCBA samples may also be related to the design of demo stage, which needs to be checked and checked by the design engineer repeatedly, confirmed with us,communicated and solved together. |
2.Can some core ICs be supplied by customers for PCBA proofing? |

3.Can I help you burn the program, test PCBA and then deliver it? |
