Product Description

1) PVC pipe production line is mainly used for irrigation water supply pipes in agriculture and buildings, electrical cable protecting pipes making and other different diameter and wall thickness pipes making in different diameters.
2) This producion line includes conical twin screw extruder, vacuum forming tank, spray cooling tank, pipe haul off machine, pipe cutting machine,pipe stacker.

3) The extruder and haul off machine purchase the world famous brand inverters; vacuum pump and haul off machine major parts all purchase high quaility products. Haul off machine with the type of two caterpillars, three caterpillars, four caterpillars, five caterpillars, six caterpillars, eight caterpillars and the cutting machine purchase the blades cutting and planet cutting. PVC pipe production line also purchase the length counting and cutting system.
4) All major parts of the whole production line are all world famous brand products which ensured the high quality of the machines.
5) Offer the customer two kinds of operating system: manual operation and PLC automatic operation.
