1) If the costume is damaged during delivery,we are not be able to allow it to be returned, please contact us if it's damaged and we will see what we can do for you.
2) Please contact us within 7 days if there is anything wrong.
3) The returned costume/order must be the original that we sent. It must be new and we don't allow the opened or used costume to be returned.
4) Buyers should be responsible for all the extra fees for return or exchange.
5) The shipping cost will not be refunded.
6) We do not accept the order returned if the order has not been delivered as per customer request arrival date, if you need the goods urgently, please contact us to check first before you order.

1) Every batch of the fabric is a bit difference and computer screen,light and photo angles also will effect the shape & colors of the actual costume may be a little different from the images. If you mind this ,please reconsider again before you order.Or contact us to know more details before you order.
2)We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax. In the shipping bill,we will declear small amount like USD20,we wish this way can help you no need to pay or pay less custom duty or import tax, but we do not gurantee this work or not. Different countries customs are difference.
