Q: Can a machine be used for 12.5ml LDPE eyedrops bottles and 10ml PET eyedrops bottles? A: If the size of bottle is same, you can use it. If the size is different, you need to change the chuck.
Q: How to clean the filling part of the machine? A: Put the filling pump into the water directly, so that the machine can be filled and cleaned.
Q: Our products have some of viscosity, will it be affected when filling? A: It is not particularly viscous will with no effect. If it is particularly viscous, the filling pump should be replaced.
