Yes, in stock sample could be free.
Customize sample will charge you a little cost and could be refunded.
4.What is your product MOQ?
There is no MOQ request for our in stock products, customized design is usually 300pcs and can be discussed.
5. What is the standard production time for each order?
In stock item: within 3 days.
Customize design: 30days for 500pcs, we could shorten the time if you need the item urgently.
6.What is your payment way and payment terms?
Payment way: Alibaba Trade Assurance,PayPal, Western Union, TT, L/C.
Payment terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping out.
7. what will you do to guarantee the mass order product quality?
All items must be inspected at least 5 times during the production:
1) Checking for all the raw materia to avoid color difference with sample.
2) Checking for the cutting pieces shape and the logo printed.
3) Checking for stitching of Semi-finished product.
4) Checking for the workmanship after the goods finished.
5) Checking for all the specific details again when packing
