MULTIVARIETALE LE FERRE
Multivarietale LE FERRE is a selected Blend of several olive varieties: Leccino, Ogliarola, Frantoio, Coratina in a very balanced extra virgin olive oil, with an harmonious flavour. 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive oil.
Multivarietale evokes almond aroma, it’s lightly fruity with bitter and spicy notes in a pleasant aftertaste. Greatly versatile, it’s ideal to be used both for cooking and dressing, thanks to its organoleptic properties.

Multivarietale has received the "Due Foglie Rosse" from Gambero Rosso as an oil selected as excellent among the Italian extra virgin olive oils and "4 Gocce" from Bibenda.
The best temperature range to store the olive oil is between 14 and 18°C.
Shelf Life: 18 months from packaging date. The expiry date on the container refers to the product properly stored and Sealed.
It is available in sizes: 5L tin and in the glass dark green “Marasca” bottles 0,75L; 0,5L; 0,25L; 0,10L.

HOW WE PRODUCE OUR E.V.O. OIL


HARVESTING
Healthy olives, at the right maturation level, are harvested directly from the trees and moved to the mill in perfora- ted cases. We harvest our olives with mechanical facilatators and crush them within 24 hours to preserve fragrances and tastes.
We always work with the highest standards, to secure the best product quality and to respect the product and the customer.
PRODUCTION
We use the most advanced technology machineries with continuous cycle systems in "2 phases".
STORAGE
We store our olive oil in high quality steel silos, in temperature controlled storage rooms.


CHIMICAL AND ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS
We submit our oils to periodic chemical and organoleptic analysis.
BOTTLING
We bottle our products ensuring every care for the product.
