Q2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A:After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample, as long as you afford the express freight.  

Q3. How long can I expect to get the sample?

A:After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 2 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.    

Q4. How do you ship my cargoes and how long does it take to deliver?

A4: We usually ship your cargoes by express. And it usually takes 1-3 days if you buy our regular products with regular  QTY. If you buy the customized products,it needs 7-10days.Please be patient, we will track the latest delivery information and inform you.

A5: First, please send us your logo file in high resolution. We will make some drafts for your reference to confirm the position and size of your logo. Next we will make 1-2 samples for you to check the actual effect. Finally the formal production will start after the sample confirmed.
