Q1. What kind of payment terms are accepted?

It depends on various products, normally from 15 days to 60 days, exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice after order is confirmed.

Besides the production time mentioned above, it takes maximum 30-35 days for shipment in usual to any destination port around the world.

Q4.Are items shown on website ready to deliver after order is placed?
Most of the items are needed to be made once order is confirmed. Stock items may be available due to different seasons, please contact our staff for detail information.

Q5. How is your Quality Control?
-Before confirming the order, all the product detail would be double checked strictly, including the material and color of
leather/fabric.
-The whole process of production will be traced.
-The quality of every product would be checked before packing.
-Before delivery, clients could send QC or the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.

Q7. How can I get quotation and make order?
Inform our staff item numbers(or link) of the items you are interested in and we will prepare detail quotation for you. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
