Different capacity automatic Chopping meat mixer
XSJ bowl cutter machine takes advantage of the high speed cutting function of the blades and cut the meat into
paste or minced meat.It also can mixing the meat with the other materials(such as, water, ice, seasoning, etc.)
very uniformly.
Structure:
Main body of the machine, electric box. Bowl Cutter adopted excellent quality stainless steel; knife material is
made by special treatment.
Feature:
1.The automatic chopping mixer is made of 304 stainless steel,easy to clean and maintain.
2. Safety switch for the blades, defending workers from injury.
3.The cut mixer rotates and cut the meat into paste.
4.Rotary cutter is positioned close to the bowl to ensure the finest cutting.
5. Equipped with an automatic unloading device
Working process:
This automatic chopping mixer comprises of a rotating bowl into which meat, protein and other ingredients are
deposited. Ingredients are added into bowl by a multi-bladed revolving knife positioned at the rear of the bowl.
This chopping mixer has a selected range of knife speeds. It is fitted with an uploading scraper which discharges
the product into a container via a chute.
