How to get your clothing products
1. Design
We only need a sketch based on your ideas; you can send a hand drawing, reference product or digital image for better visualization,the more information you give to us,the better.
2. Create a Tech Pack
We come up with a professional design file for your custom clothing, commonly referred to as Tech Pack. This will include the designs, colors, and materials of the requested item. We compile a list of all the materials that are needed to realize the garment.
3. Pattern
If you do not have your patterns made already, this is the first stage. We will start of by making your patterns. We make our patterns from scratch. We will use your references images, sketches, tech packs and physical samples to make the patterns. If you want us to make an exact copy of a physical sample, we can do this also. We can discuss that during the consultation. Everything is catered to each client. Due to our demand, our pattern services are now taking 2-3 days to be completed.
4. Sample
We will then make your samples in the correct fabrics and trimmings. This is the stage where you get to see what the production garments will look like. Sampling takes around 1-3 days, again it depends on how busy we are and how complex the styles are.
You can also get a super comprehensive swatch book if needed. Enjoy a visualization of your apparel product and test your fashion manufacturing idea!
5. Grading
Once you are happy with the fits and fabrics etc. of each style. We will then grade your patterns. We can use our own grade rule which we have perfected. However you are more than welcome to give us your own grade rule. For clients that do not know which grade rule they would like to use, we can suggest what we think is ideal for your brand and type of garments. Grading takes 1-2 days to be complete.
6.Fabric & Trim oder
While we are grading your patterns, we will order your bulk fabric. Please note that our suppliers dispatch timings vary and depend on how in demand their fabrics are etc. The timeline for fabrics to arrive varies, it all depends on the supplier.
7.Bulk Production
This is the most exciting stage, where your designs are made in bulk. All of your garments will be made in London in 2- 3 weeks. However if you place a large order it could take up to 8 weeks, depending how complex the styles are and how busy we are.
7. Quality Control
We inspect each bulk production batch for any possible issues.
FAQ
What are patterns?
A pattern is a template of the style you want to make, it is then placed on top of the fabric and then the template is used as a guide. It is fundamental that all styles have a pattern when making a garment in mass production.
How long does production take?
It depends on the amounts of garments you would like made at production. Typically it takes about 1-3 weeks for production to be completed. This doesnt include the time needed to source fabrics and trims. The more time you give yourself to manufacture your garments the better. This allows enough time for your garments to be made way before your deadline.
What is our minimum order?
Our MOQ is 250 units - this can be split between various styles, maximum of 5 styles.
For example:
5 STYLES X 50 UNITS = 250 UNITS
2 STYLES X 125 UNITS = 250 UNITS
Where is our garment made?
We manufacture all of our garments in our guang'zhou factory. We do not outsource our production elsewhere.
Can we source fabrics & Trims for you?
Yes, we can definitely source fabrics and trims for you. We have a wide range of fabrics you can choose from. Different colours, weights and textures.
We have a wide range of woven and stretch fabrics at reasonably low prices to allow you to use those fabrics for production as well as at the sampling stage.
What is our payment terms?
Technical drawings, Tech Packs : free
For patterns, toile, samples and fabric/trims : free
Grading : free
Bulk Production: 40% of overall cost is required upfront, 60% is required upon collection
Is there minimum number of style needed?
Yes, we require a minimum of 5 styles in order to proceed. However we can do fewer styles, but this is dependant on the number of units you are going to do at production. Therefore if you have a query about if we can help you then please get in touch and we will be happy to answer your questions.
What is a toile?
A toile is a mock up of the garment, usually done in cheaper alternative fabrics to test the shape and fit of the garment before proceeding to a sample.
Are there any fabric you cannot work with?
We can pretty much work with all fabrics, if there is a fabric which is unique or not well know. Please let us know and we can check if we can work with it.
Is there a free for consulation?

No, we dont specific specialise in any garment types. We are able to produce all types of gamrents to a high standard.
