Description:
PVC heat transfer vinyl is made by PVC and TPU material with good feeling, high covering and matt finish.
PET film of PVC heat transfer vinyl is 100um thickness with high temperature resistance and sticky backing. PVC heat transfer vinyl is very easy to cut and peel. No fading and no deformation after high temperature heat press.
Main Feature:
1.Thickness: 120-140micron
2.Environmentally friendly PVC, a bit softer handfeel than other suppliers in the market.
3.Easy cut & weed.
4.Tacky clear carrier backing, easy for complicated design.
5.Washing test over 40 times no fade no crack.
Heat transfer proces
1. Cut your design in mirror image on the dull side (that does not show the final color)
2. Weed the excess material from the design.
3. Pre-heat your iron and fabric (No STEAM)
4. Place the design on your fabric (final color side up)
5. Press down iron with firm pressure for 150 - 160 degrees Celsius with 10-12 seconds.
6. Peel off the clear film on its surface. (cold peel)
