Advantages ( NFEP )
1.Up to 96% light transmittance, which ensure that your printing model is more detailed and more exquisite.
2.Higher heat resistance than FEP, able to work stably for a long time at 500 °F/260 °C, the melting point is 580 °F/305 °C.
3.When printing large-format printing models, the performance of nfep film is significantly better than that of fep film. Compared with fep film, the smaller release force makes nfep film easier and faster to demold the resin model.

Production Process
We are a fep film, nfep film and etfe film production plant from Suzhou City, Jiangsu
Province, China. We have two Teflon film casting production lines, which can produce
a thickness of 0.03mm- 0.2mm thick film, with an annual production capacity of 1,000 tons.
In addition, we have a thousand-level dust-free processing workshop, which can process any
specifications and sizes required by customers.
Normal Size:
a: Conventional thickness: 0.05mm 0.1mm 0.15mm 0.2mm
b: Parent roll specification: 1.25m*100m,1.18m*100m
