How To Use
Wear the arm cuff
Make the nozzle of the arm cuff point to your forearm, arm cuff is 1-2 cm higher than the elbow joint.Red-marked area on the arm cuff point to your mid-finger, please keep the nozzle upwards.
Posture of measurement
Place your forearm on the table, keep your palm up, sit up straight,keep central area of the arm cuff the same height as your heart.
Attention:
* Please seat and measure the blood pressure in rooms with comfortable temperature.
* Go to the bathroom before measure the blood pressure*After eating food, drinking alcohol, smoking, sports or taking shower, please wait at least 30 minutes then start measuring.* Please rest at least 15 minutes before measuring, when measuring continuously, please take at least 5 minutes break between 2 tests.
