Product Feature

How to use ev chargi

How to use ev charging

1. Firstly, the most important step is to make sure the charger is well connected to the power.
2. Secondly, use the integrated Type 1 charging cable plug to connect the charging station with your electric vehicle.
3. Once the charging cable has clicked in place you are ready to start the charge.
4. Also, there is the option to activate the charging station with RFID cards.
How to stop the charging
1. Firstly, disconnect the Type 2 plug from the electric vehicle’s side when you finish charging.
2. If you wish to manually stop the charging you can do this by pressing the Emergency Button (the red button on the side of the charger) in case of an emergency.
How to check the charging status
1. You can monitor the charging process in real time from the LED screen display.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?

A: FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

A: Generally, it will take 3 to 25 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends

PRODUCT CARE

Ensure your charge cable is protected against water and damp to ensure the long life of your cable.

Ensure that your charging cable is not twisted or excessively tightly bent during cable storage.

Always store the cable in a dry, clean place. Plug to plug cables should be removed from the charge unit when not in use. This will also protect the charge unit from damp and dust.

Dust caps should always be replaced when cable is not in use.

It is advisable to periodically clean the plug pins with a dry, clean cloth. This will remove any damp or dust particles which will cause damage.

CAUTION

1. Don't submerge the ev charging box in water. 2. Don't step on, fold or knot the cable.
3. Don't drop the EV charging box or place a heavy object on it.
4. Don't place the charging cable near high temperature object when charging.
5. Don't operate the EVSE in temperatures beyond its operating range of -25°C to 55°C.
6. Power-supply side input cable should be at least 3*2.5mm (recommended 3*4mm), with a standard 16A scoket. It is suggested that the power distribution is done by the professionals.
7.Don't put fingers into the charging connector when the power plug is still connecting to the power.
8. Don't use this ev charging box when the cable is damaged.
9. The ev charging box is only for ev charging using.
10. Don't use this device with an extension cord or adaptor.
