Q1:What are your main products?
A1 : We do porcelain plates,bowls,mugs,cups, and all kinds of dinner sets.Full range of dinnerware is available.
Q2 : How is your service for customize?
A2 : We can customize products according to the customer's requirments, such as the logo,decal,shape,size, and package and etc. we do ODM or OEM business .
Q3 : What is your minimum order quantity?
A3 : For customized order,plates/bowls/mugs/cups MOQ is 5000 dozs.,dinner set MOQ is 2000 sets.
Q4 : What is your delivery time?
A4 : Generally delivery time is 40-60 days.
Q5 : What is the sample time and cost?
A5 : It's according to what sample it is.If use customized design,it needs 7-10 days.If the sample is our regular product,only needs no more than 1 week.
Q6 : What payment terms could you accept?
A6 : Under FOB ,we need deposit 30% by T/T before production,the balance against the BL copy.
L/C is also acceptable. Under EXW, we need 30% deposit and the balance should be paid before delivery.
Q7 : What certification could you offer?
A7 : We can offer most certifications and test reports that suitable for EU and the US market.
