Product Description
Aluminum plastic separation machine is used to separate the aluminum plastic composite materials like aluminum plastic composite panels, food packages, medical blister pack, etc. The aluminum plastic separation process include crushing, grinding, water cooling, spin vibration sieve and electrostatic separation. Through the separation process, aluminum could be separated from plastic, both for recycle use.

The process of recycling medicine blister packs by the aluminum plastic separation machine is as follows:
1.Crushing -- Put the medicine blister packs into a crusher to break them into smaller particles.
2.Grinding -- Grind the medicine blister packs to be granules or powder.
3.Vibrating screen -- The powder mixture of aluminum and plastic was put into vibrating screen for screening, and the larger particles were screened out for grinding again;
4.Electrostatic separation -- The small particles after the treatment of rotary sieve for electrostatic separation, so as to separate aluminum and plastic powder.
