PARALLEL PAPER TUBE MACHINE MODEL ZPJ-1600
Usage and Features:
This Machine is mainly used to produce big diameter paper sleeve tubes for Aluminum foil, Copper foil, Stainless steel sheet, pre-painted steel sheet, galvanized sheet, building industry and packing industry. Adopt parallel winding type, easy operation.
The main features as follows:
1. Structure frame choose 30mm thickness steel plate
2. Automatic gluing, choose diaphragm pump
3. Mandrel choose pneumatic extension type, easy for unload paper tube
4. Equipped vacuum sucking function for mandrel
5. Equipped with pulling carriage to unload the paper tube

Products Description
fibreboard barrel
The paper barrel is also called fibreboard barrel. The barrel body is made of eight layers of kraft cardboard and is bonded by polyvinyl alcohol solution. The barrel cover and bottom are made of five layers of plywood by machine bonding.
Paper barrel drum
Compared with the traditional iron hoop paper bucket, it is a kind of paper bucket with complete paper structure without iron hoop and wood bottom cover.
paper sleeve
All kinds of chemical fiber, textile paper tube and metal matching paper sleeve. All kinds of paper tubes and sleeves with inner diameter of 18mm to 610mm are unlimited in length.
