1.Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are both a trading company and a manufacturer with our own factory, so we have more advantages in price and production technology. We have our own equipment, R&D department and design team to create more products.
2. Which mode of transportation can I choose and how many days will it take?
We have prepared two options of transportation. One is express delivery, which usually takes about 3-8 days. The other is standard shipping, which usually takes about 15-25 days. We have no control over the delivery time as it is handled by a third party service but if your package does not arrive within the expected time please contact us and we will check it for you.
3. What is your production time?
If your quantity is less than 100 pairs, our production time will be 5-8 working days, if more than 100 pairs, please contact us to check the production before placing the order.
4. How is the quality control in your factory?
Quality comes first. We always attach great importance to quality control from the beginning to the end. Our factory has a professional QC team, and every product will be inspected by them before and after production. In addition, our delivery department is equipped with a large screen HD display, and staff will check all items before delivery.
5. What's your minimum order quantity?
Our customized shoes support small batch production. If you have your own product style, please contact us first to confirm the minimum order quantity of your style.
