A : You can give us the your materials/goods details, we try to find the similar in China, then will help you to do a test and send you the video for reference; Or you can send us your materials/goods, then we process the test.  
 

3. Q: The machine can pack bags in different size? 
A: Yes, but we want to explain you the working principle:

The bag width is effected by packing film’s dimension, and the packing film need to match with Bag Forming Mold. It means if you need 3 different size bag/pouch, we also need to make 3pcs Bag Forming Mold; The bag length can be adjusted by control panel.

2. Exporting equipment service:

     A. English version machine instruction;

     B. Video for “how to assembly machine” in E-version;

     C. Offer wearing parts.
3. After-sale service:

     1)Warranty:1 Year for repairing or replacing the main part, such as motor; (Freight Fee by buyer)

     2)Will collect the machine using feedback periodically;

     3)Tracking your after-sale problems.
