 VARIETIES 90% Tempranillo, 5% Grenache, 5% Graciano. VINEYARD: All our wines come from own vineyards integrated in the natural locations of Alcanadre and Ausejo villages. Vineyards with shallow soils of slight slope. WINEMAKING The different varieties taking part in the wine are vinified separately in order to obtain the best qualities of the grapes. Subsequently the coupage is done and after this the wine is placed in American and French oak barrels. AGING Minimum of 12 months of aging in French and American oak barrels. Finally, the wine is bottled, where it remains for a minimum of 12 months, before it is made available to the market. PRODUCT PRESENTATION Bottle of 75cl, 6 or 12 bottles per case. TASTING NOTES Perfect if you are looking to spice up your meals, the soul of celebration and consolation is best friend. Intense on the nose where the captivating aromas of black fruit marry sweet, spicy and balsamic aromas reminiscent of its time in the oak barrel. Initially soft on the palate, the flavours then develop revealing an elegant mid-palate, becoming rich and full. The well-integrated notes of fruit with toasty sensations linger. Finishes with mineral and forest floor flavours. TEMPERATURE PREFERRED FOR CONSUMPTION 16-18 grades. WINE-PAIRING Perfect for grilled vegetables, pulses, red meat, stews and cheese and cold meats.
