 60% Viura, 40% white Grenache

VINEYARD

All our wines come from own vineyards integrated in the natural locations of Alcanadre and Ausejo villages. We go for the native varieties. Viuras of 60 years old located at an altitude of 400 to 600 meters on eastern facing hillsides, in calcareous clay soils.

WINEMAKING

Produced with the Viura varieties and white Grenache, these grapes are carefully picked and gently pressed resulting in a free-run juice. After racking it does the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. AGING 4 months of aging in its own lees.

PRODUCT PRESENTATION

Bottle off 75cl, 6 or 12 bottles per case.

TASTING NOTES

The result is a young, lively, fresh wine of a yellowish green colour. On the nose, the intensity of its white flower aromas, such as jasmine, stand out and combine with vibrant fruit aromas. On the palate, it is a long and very pleasant taste, leaving a wonderful aftertaste of mature fruit.

8-10 grades.

WINEPARING

We suggest the combination of this wine with pasta, seafood, grilled fish, salads, pizza, chicken, rice and all kinds of tapas.
