Produce Process

Injection

We have our own work-shop to inject,it can be keep the raw material stable to meet more stable quality of our car refrigerator fridge.All of that is we want to make the products better and better.

Assemble the products

Our people work here to assemble the product first, the first process we hand make it.

Our worker are assembling the products,it needs to be careful on it and also need patients.

Foaming

In this part, we use the foaming machine to make sure the products strong，PET Bottle Making Machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes.

After foaming , we will inspec the product to make sure the products are good.

Install the compressor,vacuum pumping and add condensate

After installing the compressor, we need to vacuum pumping and then add condensate to make sure the fridge can work well.

Here the people is electric welding the compressor, this part is the core of the car refrigerator fridge.It is very important.And we choose the good compressor to meet good quality,we want to be best.

Testing

The technician is carrying out the final test to make sure the product is godd after sending out.

1.What is the controlled temperature range of our products? The current temperature range of our products is -20℃~+10℃

2.What services can we provide? 1)OEM,ODM service 2)Customized sample 3)After-sales service.

3.What’s your MOQ? Depend on customer’s requirements,pls contact us for detail.

4.What is your payment term? 30% T/T as deposit, and the balance should be paid before loading.

5.Are you a factory or trading company? We’re a professional manufacturer with more then 16 years OEM & ODM experience.

6.Time of delivery? 2-3 days for sample,30-40 days for mass production.

7.How can we guarantee quality? 1)Test and improve the function of the sample before mass production. 2)Process dropping test, anti-vibration test, product life-span before shipment; 3)1 years warranty for maintenance.

8.How can our products be charged to work? Our products can be charged via DC line,AC line and external battery pack. 9.How long can I get the feedback after we sent the enquiry? We will reply within 12 hours in working days(I will feedback as I received your message). If urgently please talk to me on the Wechat or Whatsapp.

10.Can we get some samples for testing?Do we need the sample fee or the freight fee? Yes, we would like to offer the samples,but you need to pay sample fee and freight fee.Because all the samples are coming from our workers' hard work.

11.Can you do OEM orders?Any extra charge if we want to print our LOGO on products or package? Yes, we can do, usually there is an extra charge for printing LOGO on products and the packages. And also this customized orders need to meet MOQ. Of course, it can be negotiable.

12.Do you do inspection for the goods before delivery? Of course,we do 100% QC inspection before shipment.
