Beelan Technology was established in 2006, as a one-stop service provider for Products R&D, purchasing, production, packaging and delivery. The core activities of the company is focused on the design development and manufacture of protective covers and accessories for branded mobile phones, tablets, Ebook, laptops and other consumer electronic products. Our new plant is located in Pinghu, with easy access to the biggest China Sourcing Center, Shenzhen is also conveniently placed at the heart of the Guangdong – Hong Kong - Macao Greater Bay Area. Our 6,000 square meters production plant combined plastic mould, leather, electronic and packing workshop.

1.What's your production capacity?
We have around 200 workers. Monthly production capacity 1 million plastic and leather cases.
2.How big is your warehouse? How much goods can be shipped every day?
We have 1500m2 warehouse. We can load more than 12 standard containers per day.
3.How about "R&D"?
We have a team of ten people in the R&D department. We have rich experience in developing new produts as per clients' requests and designs.
Leadtime for 3D drawing, 1 day, including appearance design and inside structure design.
Leadtime for leather hand sample, within 2 days.
4.How long for open a plastic mould?
Normally 7-10 days for Mobile phone case after the 3D drawing confirmed;
Normally 15-20 days for Tablet case after the 3D drawing confirmed;
5. How to ensure the product design will be protected during the development?
After we sign the contract for development, 3D design, mould making ( we have all the machines for mould openning, such as CNC ), injection, leather case production and packing, all steps will be operated in our own whole building, so your idear and data will not send to other subcontract factory.
6.How to ensure the products quality?
We have a 15 people Quality team. The team will inspect all the steps based on the international quality standard, from material, on line production, finish goods, packing and goods store, till to ship out the goods.
