How to install Gymnastic Rings?
Before Installation: The most important factor to consider when setting up your rings is the anchor point (the object from which you hang the rings). You can hang the rings from any stable structure that can safely support your body weight.

Step 1: Since all the carabiners were pre-tighten in factory, please loose the security screws of each carabiner to unlock them with the provided allen wrench.

Step 2: Throw one end of the strap cross the anchor point or over a beam/crossbar, hook the carabiner into one of the strap knots (upper/lower knot depends on the height you want to hang the rings).

Step 3: Take another end of the strap through the wood ring, and then hook the carabiner into one of the strap knots (upper/lower knot depends on the height you want to hang the rings).

Step 4: Repeat Step 1-3 to hang another strap and ring.

Step 5: After adjusting both rings to your favorite height, please remember to tighten all the security screws of each carabiner to lock them with the provided allen wrench.
