Q: About the surface, can be finished in Zinc?
-Okay, in general, can be finished zinc/hot-dip zinc/powder coated.
Q: The shelf can be in the middle?
A: Yes, it can be in the middle. It is removable. Also, 2 or 3 shelves are available for your preferences.
Q: What the size of the wheels? Brakes?
A: 125MM DIA. 1 set of castors include 2 fixed and 2 swiveled. And the 2 swiveled wheels are with brakes. It is safer.
Q: How to packing? Will transport separately?
A: For more loading QTY
The BASE/ top shelf/ side doors/ front doors/ wheels will be packed separately. Do not worry, easy for assembly. We could offer a video for your to show how to assemble
Q: How long is the shelf life of the roll container?
A: Up to 3 or 5 years against proper handling
Q: What is the thickness of the zinc/hot-dip galvanized finish?
A: The pallets we quote are finished by hot-dip zinc. the thickness of hot zinc is about 60-80μm(0.06-0.08mm) and other coating thicknesses can be customized.
Q: What is the loading capacity?
A: In general, we have light duty(100~300kg) model, medium-duty(400~800kg) model, and heavy-duty (1000~1700kg) model available for your choice.
