Cold heading machine for M5 screws
1-die 2-blow cold heading machine is used for the production of various types of ordinary fasteners, forming the head and cutting the screw to required length. This machine is suitable for making screws which sizes are under 5x65 mm. Standard screws such as drywall screws, chipboard screws, roof screws, machine screws can be produce by this machine, along with the thread rolling machine to complete the screw forming.

-1 die 2 blow design: wire calibration, accessing wires, sending wires to the main mold, first punching will initial forging, and second punching will form blank materials and withdraw.
