Graphite rod features:

1. High temperature resistance: Graphite rod is one of the materials with high temperature resistance. Its melting point is 3850℃. 50℃, boiling point of 4250℃, in 7000C ultra-high temperature arc, graphite loss is small, graphite weight loss is 0.8%,therefore, the high temperature resistance of graphite is very outstanding.

2. Thermal conductivity: Graphite has a good thermal conductivity, compared with ordinary materials, thermal conductivity is very high.

3. Special thermal shock resistance: Graphite has good thermal shock resistance, that is, when the temperature changes suddenly, the coefficient of thermal expansion is small, with good thermal stability.

4. Chemical stability of graphite rod: Graphite has good chemical stability at room temperature and can resist corrosion by acid,

alkali and organic solvents.

5 lubricity: the lubricity of graphite is similar to that of molybdenum disulfide, the friction coefficient is less than 0.1, the lubricity of graphite rod varies with the size, the larger the size, the smaller the friction coefficient, the better the

lubricity.
