Ningbo Ruochi Electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd, was established in 2 0 1 1, and located in the biggest base for manufacturing mould in China---Ningbo Beilun, with convenient transportation, it is only 20 minutes away from Beilun Port, less than one hour away from Ningbo Railway Station and Lishe International Airport . The parent company Ningbo Jiaye die casting factory was established in 1 9 8 8. Ruochi covers an area of 9,000 square meters, has more than 60 employees. Ruochi is specialized in Aluminum die casting parts, Zinc die casting parts, mould design and development, the products are widely used in auto parts, motorcycle parts, electromechanical parts and hardware. With 33 years experience in die casting industry as well as more than 18 years machining experience, we have 10 sets die casting machines from 88 Tons to 800 Tons, 9 sets C N C machining centers and 9 sets C N C lathes in house, C M M inspection machine and tensile testing machine are also available. Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
2. What about the lead time?
Mould needs 30-45 days, sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time will base on the order quantity.

4. How do you ship the goods?
Sea shipping, air shipment and express all are acceptable.
