Which wear layer you prefer?

* 12MIL (0.2MM): Although it’s the lowest option in SPC flooring, for home and apartment decoration,
12MIL is still pretty thick.
* 20MIL(0.3MM): For the most commercial areas.
* 22MIL(0.5MM): The best of the best. 22MIL is as scratch-resistant as vinyl flooring gets, specially use in
commercial environment.

If you use for residential, we recommend 0.3 mm wear layer and the guaranty is 25 years.
If you use for commercial, we recommend 0.5 mm wear layer and the guaranty is 15 years.
