Features:

1. Paper feeding way is vacuum suction way and perfect flute formation in high speed production.

5. Drive using universal joints, isolate the vibration source which make transmission more stable, reliable.


6. Driven gearbox adopts immersion oil lubrication, reduce noise, universal joint transmission. Separate structure is independent control and transmission more stable.


7. The glue coating part adopt automatic circulating glue feeding way (manual or electrical isolation device)


8. Pneumatic control to adjust the glue feeding and adjust gluing capacity electrically or manually; the glue parts running separately while the main motor stopped, prevent paste from drying up.


9. The gap between glue roller and absorption corrugated roller is precision measurement, electric adjustment, and automatic adjustment according to the machine speed.


10. The glue part can drive alone which easy for maintenance and clean.


11. The corrugated roller materials 50CrMo alloy, Hardness can reach more than HRC60 which ensures good  wear-resistance and long life service.


12. The up and down movement for upper and lower corrugated rollers, pressure roller and glue roller are   controlled by cylinder.

QC

All our machine will be tested by our QC department before shipping, to ensure every machine will work well after they reach you. The QC is through all production, from raw materials, processing, assembling, finished machine testing.

Warranty

The machine guarantee is 1 year and within 12 months, if any spare parts damaged ( not broken by person ), we will offer the spare parts freely. But the buyer shall afford the courier charge. The electrical components, the loss by nature and artificial damage created by unprofessional operation, not in maintenance scope.

     Yes, optional parts can be chosen if you need, COST EXTRA. Such as safety cover,handheld operator,cutting supporter and auto grinding system.

    Of course. Our packing is export standard wooden case suitable for long time ocean shipping
3) What is your payment terms?

    30% T/T as deposit and 70% payment before shipment, or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, or usance L/C
4) What is your delivery?

    About 20-45 wording days after deposit.
