Q1. Can you provide free sample?
A1. Stock samples are free, but freight fee is on you. For customized sample, we will charge sample fee which will be refunded after you place the order.
Q2. What's your MOQ?
A2. 1000 pcs as usual, or we can negotiate about it.
Q3. What is your delivery time?
A3. Generally 3-4 days after payment for stock goods, 10-20 days after payment for customized order, it depends on the products & quantity.
Q4. What's the payment term?
A4. By PayPal, Alibaba or T/T , T/T 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance for bulk order before shipment. We also accept B/L or Trade Assurance through Alibaba.
Q5. How to start order with you?
A5. First of all, let us know your requirements or application, and we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Then you confirm the samples and places the order. After you paying the deposit, we arrange the production of the agreed product.
Q6. What is your terms of delivery?
A6. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, BY AIR or BY SEA.
Q7. Which port will you ship the goods ?
A7. Shipping port can be Ningbo, Shanghai or Shenzhen. Mostly we offer EXW price, you can choose delivery by air, vessel, or international express.
