ENGLISH WHEEL
The British wheel has also become a wheeled machine in the UK. It is a metai processing tool that allows a craftsman to from a Composite ( double curvature ) curve from flat metals such as aluminumo or steel.
It can process motorcycle fuel tanks, tile rings, motorcycle seat cushions, and large-scale craftwork arc-shaped deep grooves.
ONE
Usually equipped with several different anvil
wheel molds, choose the mold according to
the type of molding you want to achieve.
TWO
The lower jaw of the C-shaped frame has two
grooves, the shaft of the anvil wheel extends
on both sides, and the mold is placed on the lower jaw by installing the shaft into the groove.
THREE
Rotate the handle under the chin to adjust the space between the wheels , the smaller the gap, the pressure on the sheet metal.
FOUR
Make the sheet metal pass through the gap
between the roller and the anvil.
FIVE
Move sheet metal back and forth between two
moids , sheet metal parts can be operated in all directions.
SIX
After froming , remove the sheet metal.
