1.Are you a direct manufacturer or Trading Company?

We are 100% self operated factory for manufacturing textile and we accept OEM/ODM order. You are welcomed to visit our factory anytime at your convenience. 

2. How can i get a sample?

We can arrange a A4 size free sample but with freight collected. Large amount of sample to be further discussed as we need to double check for stock availability. 

3. Why is the price listed on Alibaba different than the actual price?

Due to different function, weight, quantity, fabric diversity and fluctuating material cost, our price cant always remain the same. 

4. How can you manage to sustain the production lead time and quality control?

We strictly monitoring both of our production schedule and quality control to keep on track with production and inspection. We have 6 QC team to guarantee the quality through every production step.

5. What is the order procedure?

* Choose and confirm the fabric type, color and quantity. 

* Fabric quality and Lap Dip confirmation.

* Lap Dip confirmed and move on to bulk production.

* Bulk color confirmation. 

* Bulk color confirmed and final fabric finishing, setting and packing.

* Arrange for shipment.

6. What is your payment terms?

We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, irrevocable L/C at sight. 30% Deposit in advance and Balance before shipment.

7. What types of certificate does your company have?

We have Oeko-Tex, ISO9001, MSDS, SGS, BV etc. Customized certification is also welcomed as our factory and product are qualified for all types of certification.
