The working principle of electromagnetic chuck is made of Faraday electromagnetic induction principle.The internal adopts high performance permanent magnet material neodymium borax, which can generate strong suction in the magnetic circuit. The magnetic line of force can be changed by turning the handle to make the jack work or close.Without external power supply, it is a new type of spreader with complete safety, energy saving and high efficiency.
Generally, for ferrous metal products whose lifting temperature is below 200℃, the lifting capacity of the electromagnetic chuck will decrease by about 50% when the temperature reaches 500℃.
