Q1:How can we guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipment;
Q2:What is your payment term?
The payment term we accept are: T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram, LC, Trade Assurance. Sample order should be full payment.
T/T: It should be 30% TT in advance as deposit, then balance should be paid before shipment.
Q3:Can you provide sample?
We can provide sample for you. The sample time is about 15 days. The sample cost is USD XXX/PC (It exclude delivery cost. If you
place the order more than 100 pcs, it's refundable after bulk order placed).
Q4:What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ for regular price is a 20ft container. Also we accept smaller quantity order. But the price will be little higher because
of the increased cost of material for small quantity.
Q5:Can you support customize?
Of course, OEM and ODM are accepted.
Q6:What is your production lead time and delivery terms?
Normally, production time is about 35 days after receipt of pre-pay. And only accept FOB and EXW. The Ports are Guangzhou or
Shenzhen.
Q7:What certificate do you have?
We have many certificate for 70+ countries. We have CE, CB, DOE, ETL, IEC, SASO certificates.
