Waste Paper Pulp Molding Egg Tray Forming And Making Machine
The project uses waste paper, waste paper as raw material to produce egg tray. This section consists of four parts production line：Pulping system, Molding system, Drying system, Packaging system.
Egg Tray Molding Machine
Egg Tray Molding Machine is composed of eight side forming mold, one side transfer mold with high efficiency, Low energy consumption, ultra-high stability equipment.
Egg Tray Drying Machine
The drying method: metal drying line and brick kiln drying line. The two methods can dry the egg trays efficiently.
Advantage of brick kiln drying method: Much lower cost than metal drying method.
Disadvantage of brick kiln drying method: Need to build brick kiln about 50 meters long.
