When VLAN Extend mode enable,the Max bandwidth for the Network ports (1-8 ) will be reduced to 10Mbps for each one, Transmission distance will reach 250M on this model. Please check your IP CAMERA's bit stream setting. We recommend the value does not over 8Mbps(8192Kbps).
