Q1: What's your Minimum Order Quantity?
It is marked on each product detail page and we can accept low MOQ for some RTS products. If you need less than MOQ, don't hesitate to contact us for further solutions.
Q2: What about the delivery date?
Delivery time vary from product to product. Basically, it is 15-20 days after the order confirmed. And if we have stock you need, we can send out goods within only 3 working days after confirmation.
Q3: What about shipping?
You can use your own assigned shipping agent or we will check price with our agent. Small batches will be sent by Air/Express and big volum by ocean to save costs. Our factory is close to China's deepest sea port Ningbo port, which means we have the most convenient transportation.
Q4: Can we have FREE sample for checking before order placed?
Yes, we will send FREE sample to you, freight by collected.
Q5: How can I order and make payment?
Once product details confirmed, we will send you proforma invoice. You can pay via TT bank transfer, West Union, PayPal or Trade Assurance.
Q6: If we find your bank account is different as before, how should we respond?
Please don't send the payment and double check with us first. Bank list will be listed at every proforma invoice.
Q7: Can we send you product enquiry which don't list on your website?
