Production Process:
Choose 8-160 mesh clean without impurities of quartz sand (strictly control the moisture content) 90-98 copies, inorganic pigment 1-8 copies, enamel glaze sintering additives 1-2 copies. Mix the inorganic pigment 1-8 copies and sintering additives 1-2 copies and grind into uniform particle size of fine powder. Then mix the 90-98 quartz sand into the powder together, high temperature sintering with the sintering temperature of 350-350 ℃ and sintering time: 10-15 minutes. After all the process, we get the colored enamel sintering sand.
