Product Description
High-rigid Frame + Auto Deflection Compensation
Optimize the shape of high-rigid frame, improve rigidity and full bending accuracy based on calculated Y value and accurate
workbench positioning. The angle tolerance of full bending workpiece is ±30’;
Calculate compensation by auto deflection compensation system through processing program based on length, thickness and angle of bending workpiece, match with reverse deformation while pressuring, and compensate for workbench deflection arising from work.
Efficient but Power-saving
2.5 times faster than same-grade hydraulic bending machines, higher efficient and take less time to get ready for work, much better using experience; Servo hydraulic hybrid drive system is power-consuming only when pressuring, and changes electric consumption based on workpiece size;STEP system calculates tonnage pressuring according to sheet length and thickness. Standby power loss accounts for 1% or less of total power; Advanced control system avoids extra wasteful practices and electric loss.
