Heat transfer microwave absorbing materials
CRTM RFTM-300 series heat transfer microwave absorbing material is made of organic resin as the base material, adding material which has heat resistant, heat conductive and wave absorbing ability, and processed by special technology. Its unique product grain orientation makes this series of products can adapt to the different contact surface, so when it maximizes the heat conduction function, it also has the ability of absorbing electromagnetic wave . At the same time, this series of products is with lower hardness,it can achieve low interfacial thermal resistance at relatively low pressure. Also it can effectively remove air to achieve a good filling effect.
