Installation and maintenance
1 This series of grounding modules can be embedded vertically or horizontally, and the vertical embedded depth should not be less than 0.6m, generally 0.8m~1.0m.
2 When several modules are embedded in parallel, the distance between the modules should not be less than 4m. If conditions do not permit, it can be appropriately widened.
3 Before burying this series of grounding modules, unscrew the screws of the liquid inlet and penetration holes at the upper and lower ends of the pole core of the module. Do not remove the red fixing screws, and then put the grounding body into the preset pit and embed it.
4 Unscrew the top end cap of the pole core, pour about 500ml of water into the pole core, and then tighten the end cap.
5 Backfilling with fine soil can be tamped with proper amount of water, so that the module body is in good contact with the soil.
6 When the pole cores of the ion-type low-resistance grounding module are connected in parallel or connected to the ground wire, welding should be carried out to ensure the reliability of the connection, and no false welding or missing welding is allowed.
7 The welding slag should be removed at the welding place, and a layer of asphalt or anti-corrosion paint should be applied to prevent corrosion of the electrode core.
