Sheet Metal Clinching is a process used to join two or more layers (Thin and ductile) of material . It is a high-speed mechanical fastening process for point joining sheet material, typically Steel and Galvanize (Aluminium is not recommended). It is a single-step technique, generally using a semi-tubular rivet to clinch the sheets in a mechanical joint. Neither pre-drilled holes nor rivets are required, allowing the joint to be made rapidly in one operation.The semi-tubular punch drives into the materials to be joined to form a mechanical interlock. In a word, TY86130V will punchture through and rivet the layers in one shot. The punched hole size is 2.5mm*7.5mm. This model is for vertical applications

Tarboya warrants TY86130V Pneumatic Clinching Tools will not have any material or manufacturing defects for the period of 6 months from the date of delivery. The warranty for flawless function of the goods and the materials used is granted for the period of 6 months from the date of delivery of the goods.

Tarboya undertakes to remove any possible defects covered by the warranty free of charge and without undue delay, so that the buyer of the goods can use the product properly. Should the buyer exercise rights arising form the liability for the defects which are not covered by the warranty, he/she shall pay all related costs.
