・We have a variety of extract and liquid dashi made by katsuo (bonito), and other dashi ingredients.
・You can choose what you cook from our selections with MSG, NO-MSG, and allergen free products.
・The expiration will be 12 months after production date.

・Katsuo Extract C 20kg (katsuo type, most standard type)
・Katsuo Extract G 20kg (katsuo type, stronger aroma of katsuo)
・Katsuo Extract I 20kg (katsuo type, NO MSG, allergen free)

■Selections of Liquid Dashi

・Makurazaki Katsuo Dashi 20kg (katsuo type, NO MSG, allergen free)
・Rishiri Konbu Dashi 20kg (konbu type, Rishiri konbu from Hokkaido used, NO MSG, allergen free)
・Konbu Dashi MS 20kg (konbu Type, Hokkaido konbu used, NO MSG)

■How to Use

・Use 2% for simmered and side dishes.
・Use 4%-5% for rich and strong sauce such as tsuke-tsuyu (dipping sauce) and

　kake-tsuyu (noodle soup base).

■Recipes

・You can add natural katsuo and konbu flavors into your products.

・These products are perfect fit for not only for restaurants but also factries of takoyaki, okonomiyaki,
