Product Description
VCI-801 Environmental Protection Cutting Fluid is a semi-synthetic water-based cutting fluid made up of a various oil lubricants, extreme pressure agents, anti-rust additives and additives. It has a excellent surface permeability, lubricity, cleaning ability and rust prevention. Moderate PH value has no irritation to skin. Use in summer without mildew, long service life, suitable for cooling and lubrication of stainless steel cutting and grinding. According to the difficulty of processing, the dosage is 5%-20%. Overcome the problems of the traditional emulsified oil which easily stink in summer, difficultly dilute in winter and poor rust proof. No adverse effects on the digital controlled lathe and ordinary car pain, no corrosive to machine tools, belongs to the current leading cutting product.

Use Safety:

Use Method：
