FAQ
How to adjust the crimping head ?
1. Remove the fixed screw of the core by inner hexagon wrench.
2. Put the pump cap in the crimping head. Then turn the core of the head clockwise to adjust the depth of the pump.
3. If the pump edge is higher than the bottom surface of crimping head, it can not crimp the cap and will break the bottle. If so, please refer to figure "3" .
4. The pump edge is about 0.5mm lower than the bottom surface of the crimping head. (it is suitable for most perfume bottles in the market, so it is just for your reference. But it needs you to adjust it according to the thickness of your bottle, please refer to figure "4" .
5. The pump edge is more than 1mm lower than the bottom surface of the crimping head. (it can not make the cap tight usually. Because the crimping head can not crimp the pump fully. But it needs you to adjust it according to the thickness of your bottle. Please refer to figure "5" .
6. We advise you to adjust it slowly to refer to figure "4" and note the effect. You should turn it clockwise if the cap is not tight. Or the opposite operation. You should install the fixed screw and make it tight with inner hexagon wrench after adjustment, or the core will be easy to move.
