Performance description | This type of Integrated Louver is special design for the EV charging station. It has the characteristics of waterproof and dust-proof . The blade is the M-shaped structure. And the blades are interlocked to arrange as the letter M lining up. And the waterproof level is IPX4. This back panel of the louver used a dust-proof filter Net ,which is integrated with the louver .the filter net can be easily disassembled and maintained without any tools , it has the IP5X dust-proof level. This Integrated louver is ultra-thin . The total thickness of the louver and filter net is only about 30mm , it fully meet the limited space of the EV charging station and the electric equipment cabinet installation and use.it make the design smart and light . The installation of this louver to the cabinet is fixing the flange to the hole of the door . the riveting studs are casting on the edge of the hole,and the louver could be installed from the inside of the door ,the flanges were covered and could not be seen from outside . which make the cabinet beautiful and simple. This louver could be used as the air inlet and outlet ventilation device on the EV charging station or electric equipment cabinet ,which ensure the consistency of the air inlet and outlet in the same appearance . |

1 the above W and H are stand for the hole width and height, the size of the outer of the louver is 40mm different from the hole on the door.
2.The louver were installed from the inside of the door , but flange were fixed and covered by the door.
3.When the cabinet door was designed , it is necessary to design the riveting stud around the edge of the hole 10mm away from the door to fix the louver.
4.The holes should be opened on the flange of the louver , it should meet the riveting stud , the position should be （W+20）*（H+20）；
5.After the louver were put up to the door , use the screw nut to fix it .
