How To Use Custom Reusable Gel Bead Hot Cold Use Face Mask Gel Bead
Instruction:
1. For cold use : Place it in the refrigerator for about of 1 hour, or in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
2. For hot compress: There are two ways to make it hot:
1) Put it in Microwave Oven before use;Oven varies, pls adjust time and do not overheat.
* 700 Watt Microwave: 10 Seconds in middle power
* 1000 Watt Microwave: 15 Seconds in middle power
2) Soak the pack in hot water for 8-10 minutes or until it reaches a comfortable therapeutic temperature.
