 A:  Please offer the specification of the product, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.

Q: What format design file you want for printing? 

 A:  AI; PDF; CDR; PSD; EPS.

Q: May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?  

 A:  Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation.

Q: What about the lead time?

 A:   It depends on the products. Normally 5 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.

Q: How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

 A:  Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.

Q: Do you have MOQ?

 A:  Yes. The minimum order quantity depends on the specifications of the label sticker you want.

Q: How can you guarantee your quality? If we don't satisfied your quality,how will you do?

 A:  Normally we do samples for you to confirm everything ,and production will be same as samples.
