Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in n cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: FOB
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7 to 10 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds .
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample for free, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and
the courier cost.
Q1: What’s the process to get a quotation?
A1: Please provide a print or a sample of your part for review. In order to assist in tooling design, please include your estimated annual usage requirements. Please indicate the material, if material is unspecified or unknown, please describe the environment in which it will be used.
Q2: Can you assist with the design of my custom rubber part?
A2: We will assist in the initial design phase all the way through your final approval of the part.
Q3: What if I don’t know which polymer or durometer is best suited for my application?
A3: Our experienced technical staff will assist you in determining the proper polymer for your application as well as your durometer requirements.
Q4: What is the lead-time for a tool?
A4: The average lead-time for prototype tools is 1-2 weeks. For production compression tooling the lead-time is 2-4 weeks. Average production rubber injection molding tooling is 6-8 weeks.
Q5: What is lead-time for mass production?
A5: From receipt of an order, depending on order quantity, most parts can be shipped in 2-3 weeks.
Q6: Once I pay for the rubber molding tooling, who owns the tooling?
A6: Tooling is custom to our customer’s design and therefore the property belongs to our customers once payment is received.
